We charge a small flat service fee to customers instead of charging restaurants a monthly subscription or commission. This way, restaurants can adopt the platform with zero risk.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Restaurants pay $0 in monthly fees and 0% commission. Customers pay a single flat $0.73 service fee per order in United States — that's the only fee we charge. The amount is set per country and shown clearly at checkout. On online orders, Stripe charges its own standard payment processing fee, which is deducted from the restaurant's payout (Stripe's fee, not ours).

What features are included?

How do counter or cash orders get billed?

When a customer pays the restaurant directly (cash or counter), the restaurant keeps the full subtotal, tax, and tip. We track the $0.73 service fee on each of those orders and send the restaurant a single weekly invoice for the accumulated total, charged to the card on file.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. With no monthly fees or contracts, you can stop using the platform anytime — no penalties, no cancellation fees.

How do I receive my online order earnings?

Connect your Stripe account during onboarding. Online order funds (subtotal + tax + tip) are deposited directly into your connected Stripe account, and Stripe automatically pays them out to your bank on its standard schedule. We never hold your money.
